Smelly Trash Can?

Keep your work area more organized with labeled baskets.  By having a "home" for your papers right away, you will be able to find what you want, when you need it.  Examples of organization baskets:  To Be Filed, Shred, Receipts, Records, To Do Today, and Follow-Up.  Another quick tip is to throw out any trash immediately.  Don't add it to an already cluttered desk!

Organize Those Papers!

Struggling with dirty dishes being left in the sink?  Make or purchase a magnetic "Clean/Dirty" sign and place it on the dishwasher.  Employees will now know when the load is clean or dirty without question.  (you can make a sign easily... print out a full or 1/2 page sheet that has "CLEAN" on one end... and "DIRTY" on the other. Laminate the sign and add inexpensive magnets to the back) Problem Solved!!!

Dirty Dishes Being left in the sink?

Employees normally do not have time to go through old papers, discard of unused items, and simply tidy up their work space.  By designating a specific date every 2-6 months, employees will be motivated to get and keep their own space clean.
So, set a date, send out an e-mail, order pizza, turn up the music and watch how easy it is to turn big messes into bright spaces!
